Delivery Policy

1 : Order Processing Time

Orders will be processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment.
During peak season or promotions, processing time may be longer.

2 : Delivery Time & Method

Standard delivery: 5–12 business days (depending on the area).
Express delivery: 3–7 business days (additional charge).
The tracking number will be sent to the customer immediately after the goods are shipped.

3 : Shipping Fee

Shipping fee is calculated at the checkout step based on the area and delivery method.
Some orders may be eligible for free shipping when reaching the minimum value as prescribed.
4 : Return Conditions

Customers can request to exchange/return within 7-14 days from the date of receipt.

The product must be intact, unused, with original packaging and labels.

5 : Products that cannot be returned

Discounted items, clearance items, personal hygiene products or custom-made products.

6 : Return Process

Contact customer service, provide order number and reason for exchange/return.

After acceptance, send the item back according to instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (except in cases of defective or incorrectly delivered products).

Shipping costs (if any) will not be refunded.
